Freshness & Refund Policy

Flowers are alive — and that is what makes them special

Every bouquet we make is hand-tied fresh to order with living flowers. Like all fresh flowers, they are perishable by nature: they need water, cool air, and a little care to stay beautiful. That is the honest truth behind every petal.

Our promise: if it is our fault, we make it right

If we mess up, we own it:

  • Our driver damaged your order — we will replace it or refund you.
  • We made the wrong arrangement, or it arrived in poor condition — send us a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a partial refund, whichever is fair.

What we cannot cover

Once your flowers leave our hands in good condition, we cannot be responsible for what happens next:

  • Flowers left in a hot car — especially in Texas heat, even 20 minutes can ruin them.
  • No water, or waiting too long to put them in water after pickup.
  • Damage during customer pickup, or by a third-party pickup or delivery service you arranged (a courier, a rideshare, a friend — once it is with them, it is out of our hands).
  • Normal wilting over time — flowers are perishable, and every variety has its own lifespan.

Your part (it is simple, we promise)

  • Bring your flowers inside right away — never leave them in a hot car.
  • Put them in fresh water immediately.
  • Follow our Flower Care guide — two minutes of care doubles their life.
  • Keep them cool and out of direct sun.

Something wrong? Tell us fast

If something arrives not right, text us at (267) 414-3355 within 24 hours with a photo. The sooner we see it, the faster we can fix it.

We pour our heart into every bouquet. This policy is not about saying no — it is about being fair to everyone, so we can keep making beautiful flowers for a long time.

Custom & Wedding Orders

Big events take big planning — here is how custom and wedding orders work:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit to lock your date. Once your date is booked, we turn other events away.
  • Final balance due 14 days before your event.
  • Cancellation: if you cancel 30 or more days before the event, a full or deposit refund may be possible depending on how you paid — decided case by case. Within 30 days of the event, the deposit is kept; if you paid in full, you will receive half back.
  • Flower substitutions: flowers are seasonal and market-dependent. If a variety is unavailable, we will substitute it with blooms of equal or higher value in the same color palette — and we will discuss it with you first if needed.
  • No changes to the order within 30 days of the event.
